Nesha's Gold Foundation Team Nesha
Nesha's Gold Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) that was created by her mommy, Perisha Hagerman, in her memory. Nesha was a patient at OU children's hospital in Oklahoma city during her fight with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) from June 2012 to March 2013. This foundation is my way of keeping Nesha's memory alive by raising money to help fund research for a cure. The foundation will also help support other childhood cancer families in their fight. Our dream is that one day they will find a cure for all childhood cancers and Nesha's name will be a legacy. Gone but not forgotten.
10 Strong - Our mission is to support and encourage families currently going through cancer treatment. We like to say we’ve made Wednesday the best day to fight cancer…..bringing a party to the 10th floor every single Wednesday night. We come to celebrate holidays, cook for the families staying at the Kids Korral and set up great things like the Keurigs so you can enjoy that great cup of coffee! We come up to meet new families, see the kids smile and encourage our friends that have been in too many days. Basically, we want to help create a few happy memories for your family and improve morale during this impossible time. https://www.10strongokc.com
